My standard reflexology treatments are 60 minutes in length, normally 20 minutes on each foot, unless we have arranged something else by prior agreement.
You will be able to fully relax back on my therapy chair with your feet raised.
After I have finished your treatment, you can relax, have a drink and they we will discuss any reflexes that felt out of balance or displayed sensitivity, answering any questions you may have, before you leave.
