About me

Hi I am Tania

I was first introduced to Reflexology after making a decision to leave the RAF after serving 23 years. I realised that I needed to balance my work and family life together, and couldn’t go on with the pace of life I had. I started to looking into more complementary therapies, and ways to use natural products day to day. After looking into Reflexology and chatting to a fellow Reflexologist I decided that I would like to qualify as a Reflexologist. Whilst studying as a Reflexologist I found myself going back to the person I used to be, and found it to be a lot calming for myself; and enjoyed giving my time to helping others.

I qualified as a Reflexology Practitioner in January 2021 after completing my training at the Anahata College of Reflexology, https://www.reflexologylincoln.co.uk/210/Reflexology-College/Anahata-College where I gained my Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology.   I have also trained in practicing NEPIP, a treatment which specific techniques on the feet works on the nervous system, endocrine system and immune system targeting specifically stress; balancing the system.

I am fully insured and my treatment room is based in a little village, Corby Glen near Grantham in Lincolnshire.

I am also registered on the NHS website.

Certificates available on request.
