Booking sessions & treatment packages

When you book a treatment with Art of Reflexology by Tania, full payment is required. If booking direct online your payment will be required after choosing a suitable date. If you contact myself direct then you can pay by bank transfer. All payments must be confirmed prior to attending your appointment.

A confirmation email will be sent, with details of your booking and what to bring/not to bring with you from Art of Reflexology by Tania once your payment has been confirmed.

On making payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Art of Reflexology by Tania’s booking, cancellation and lateness policy.

Booking, Cancellation and Lateness Policy

Whilst I understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your appointment. I would ask that you give as much notice as possible so that your appointment may be offered to someone else. If you feel unwell or are experiencing difficulties with your health or wellbeing, and are concerned about a booked session, please contact me to chat. Cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your treatment.  If you are a no show and do not make contact prior to advise me of your cancellation, cancellation fees will apply (full payment kept).

Please note that if you are late for your appointment the treatment may still end at the pre-agreed time depending on my existing bookings, and full payment will still be required.

Consultation Form

All clients when booking an initial treatment or those that have had no treatments for 6 months plus are to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. Some medical condition’s treatments may have to be adapted to suit some of these needs.
I have the right to refuse treatments that are contraindicated by any medical conditions.

A reminder of your booking with Art of Reflexology by Tania will also be sent a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your treatment booked.
