Foot Reflexology
The foot treatment routine is done on one foot at a time. I start with relaxation techniques on the right foot and ankle giving gentle massage and manipulation, which warms the foot and increases blood circulation. I then start a routine which covers the reflexes of all the body systems, returning to work on any which I feel to be “out of balance”. Depending upon your own circumstances, I then concentrate on your body systems in a routine. I tailor the routine to suit your needs, depending on your needs for the treatments. Overall, you will be left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.
NEPIP NEPIP (Neuro-Endo-Psycho-Immuno-Pody) is a unique reflexology treatment that is taught to Level 5 Diploma students. It works more deeply with the reflexes associated with the core body control systems as both feet are worked on simultaneously. The actual treatments take a less time than the general reflexology treatment routine. The treatment should leave you with a deep sense of relaxation, a sense of revitalisation and restoration of the mind, body and spirit.

NEPIP – what is it and what does it do?
Neurology – pertaining to the Nervous System. NEPIP works the reflexes of the Central Nervous System, calming and rebalancing the energy affecting communications between nerves, muscles and body organs
Endocrinology – pertaining to the Endocrine System. The reflexes corresponding to the main hormone-producing glands are worked to regulate their energy flow and help with optimising chemical messaging around the body.
Psychology – the study of the mind and behaviour. Here I work with the Limbic system to balance the energy flowing around the parts of the brain and organs which control our emotions. These reflexes are the ones that help to settle anxiety and emotional stress, and ease the symptoms of migraine headaches.
Immunology – pertaining to the Lymphatic / Immune system . The reflexes that connect with the lymph nodes and their drainage channels are worked to free the energy and help to reduce swelling and help regulate overreaction in auto immune diseases such as IBS and rheumatoid arthritis.
Pody – means feet in Greek. Theoretically this can be done via hands too.
This is highly suitable for those that have stress, tension and anxiety. Please be aware that this might not be suitable for everyone.

Hand Reflexology
The hand reflexology routine follows the same principles as the foot treatment, but I work on each hand whilst the client is sat comfortably either in a chair, or in bed, depending upon the circumstances.
Hand reflexology is particularly effective for hospitalised clients who may not be able to let me access their feet, or for patients that can’t have treatments on their feet, for whatever reason.

Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology has some unique therapeutic benefits. It has the effect that gives you a more radiant, firmer and glowing complexion. It focuses on stimulating the body’s healing mechanism, by applying pressure on reflex points on the face. Your face is cleansed, wiped off with a hot towel, and then a natural facial oil is used whilst working on your face.
